Skincare Routine

Having a good skincare routine is essential for maintaining healthy, glowing skin. Here are some steps that we follow for an effective skincare routine:

Step 1: Cleanser

Cleansing is an important step in removing dirt, oil, and makeup from your skin. Use lukewarm water to wet your face and then massage the cleanser onto your skin in a circular motion. Rinse off the cleanser with cool water and pat your face dry with a clean towel. We find it best to do this step twice to remove any debris but to each their own!

Step 2: Face Masks (at night)

Facial Masks are a great way to treat your skin with some extra TLC. We recommend the use of our face masks at night and only 1-2 times a week. Simply open the sachet and adjust it to your face shape. Rolling and smoothening the mask onto your face. Apply for about 10-20 minutes and remove. Gently massage the remaining serum into your skin with a towel or rinse with lukewarm water.

Step 3: Toner

Toning helps to remove any remaining dirt or oil that the cleanser may have missed. It also helps to balance the pH of your skin. Apply a toner to a cotton pad and gently swipe it over your face and neck.

Step 4: Ampoule

Ampoules maintain skin elasticity and improve your complexion. Apply the ampoule to your face using circular motions from your forehead down to your chin. Waiting a few minutes so that it fully absorbs into your skin before moving to the serum. The ampoule is also best for those trying to fight off acne.

Step 5: Serum

Serums are designed to target specific skin concerns, such as wrinkles, dark spots, or acne. Apply a small amount of serum to your face and neck. I find 2-3 pumps to be the perfect amount.

Step 6: Body Lotion

Moisturizing is important in keeping your skin hydrated and soft. Apply to your body and neck. Gently massage it into your skin in a circular motion.

Additional Tips:
Exfoliate your skin once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells and reveal smoother brighter skin.
Drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out.
Get enough sleep to give your skin time to repair and regenerate overnight.
Avoid touching your face throughout the day to prevent the transfer of bacteria from your hands to your skin.
If you wear makeup, make sure to remove it before going to bed to prevent clogged pores and breakouts.

Following these steps and tips, you can develop a skincare routine to help you maintain healthy, glowing skin.
